Trufima Group was founded by Wim C. Odems in 2001.

The Trufima Group provides more than just cost effective incorporation intermediation services concerning the establishment of companies in Curaçao. Trufima offers services and advice on all subjects related to the incorporation and provision of effective management, domiciliation and agency. Trufima guarantees quality communications, accounting services and oversee reliable banking services for its clients.

Trufima is member of the Curaçao International Financial Association (CIFA). The company is also under the control and supervision of the Bank of the Netherlands Antilles (BNA). The government appointed the Bank for this supervision to sustain high standards of integrity and reliability in the financial sector of the Netherlands Antilles.
