Management:
providing resident corporate directors, individual directors, proxy holders or other officers for corporate vehicles;
day to day management activities, such as correspondence with counsel, banks and authorities in the various jurisdictions;
acting as nominee shareholder;
supervising matters relating to registrations with the Trade Register;
organizing and minuting of general shareholders and board meetings;
compliance with Central Bank requirements;
providing trustee services.
Legal:
providing legal advice in liaison with legal and tax advisers;
arranging the formation of corporate vehicles;
preparing legal documents;
coordinating legal opinions and international transactions, including registering at a foreign stock exchange or in a foreign ship’s register.
Accounting & Administration:
bookkeeping, preparing interim and annual statutory accounts;
cash management and administration of bank accounts;
payroll administration and re-invoicing;
assistance in preparing and filing (capital) tax returns;
Custodian: safe-keeping of stock or bond certificates and other documents of value in a separate Trufima related company not involved in commercial transactions.
